We work as a Team with each of us focusing on different phases of the process, with Mike working primarily on the front end and Karli working on the back end. Spelling this out now, will help you understand how we work throughout the process. More specifically, Mike focuses on gathering and processing the initial information to understand your scenario to determine what type of loan is most beneficial to you, determine the best wholesale lender for your loan, and then providing you with the options (rate / costs) for you to ultimately decide what specific loan you want. Once you’ve made that decision, Karli takes over the process to gather all the specific information in your loan application, ensuring every detail is correct, works with our processor, the underwriter, escrow officer, etc. and you.
